This refund policy describes when you are entitled to a refund for software products and services purchased through this website. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

Digital software products

Because software is delivered as source code and digital files, the following applies:

Before delivery: if you cancel a purchase before the software has been delivered to you, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding any non-refundable third-party payment fees.
After delivery: if the delivered software does not include the features described on its product page, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will first attempt to resolve the issue by correction or assistance. If the issue cannot be resolved and the product materially differs from its published description, a refund may be issued.
Change of mind is not covered. Because the item is delivered entirely, a refund is not provided simply because you no longer need the software, you bought it by mistake, or you found the product different from what you expected but not materially different from its description.

Custom development and customization

Custom development is quoted per project and begins only after both parties agree on scope and price. Non-refundable milestones may be defined in your proposal. If we have not yet started work on the project, you may cancel and receive a refund for work not yet performed.

Online payments

Refunds, where applicable, are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing time depends on your card provider or payment gateway.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us through the contact page with your order number, the reason for the request, and any supporting information. We will review your request and respond, usually within 5 business days.

Fraud prevention

We may decline refund requests we reasonably believe are fraudulent or an abuse of this policy.
