Overview

What we build for you

Many taxi and cab operators still run on phone calls and WhatsApp: a customer calls, someone checks which driver is free, and the fare is agreed on the spot. That works for a few cars, but it is hard to grow, and riders now expect to book, track and pay in an app.

We build taxi booking platforms that give your riders an experience like Uber or Ola, under your own brand. Riders book and track cars in their app, drivers receive trips and navigate in theirs, and your team controls fares, drivers and payouts from an admin dashboard with a live map.

It fits a city cab company, an airport transfer service, a fleet owner with salaried drivers or a startup building its own driver network. City rides, outstation trips, hourly rentals and airport transfers each get their own fare rules.

Ideal for

  • Taxi and cab operators moving off phone bookings
  • Fleet owners managing several cars and drivers
  • Airport transfer and outstation travel services
  • Startups launching a ride-hailing service
  • Auto-rickshaw and bike taxi networks, where permitted
  • Employee transport providers

FAQ

Questions about the taxi & cab booking app

Can't find your answer? Ask us directly and we'll reply on WhatsApp or by email.

Ask on WhatsApp
Can you build a taxi app like Uber or Ola?
Yes. You get the same core experience, a rider app, a driver app and an admin dashboard with live tracking, automatic dispatch and in-app payments, under your own brand. A sensible start is one city and the vehicle types you already run, then outstation trips, rentals or new vehicle types as you grow.
How is the fare calculated?
You set the rules for each city and vehicle type: base fare, per-kilometre and per-minute rates, waiting charges, night charges and peak pricing. Riders see an estimate before booking, and the final fare uses the actual distance and time from GPS, plus any tolls or parking the driver adds.
We already run a taxi service. Can the app fit how we work?
Yes. The app can replace phone and WhatsApp bookings without losing customers who prefer to call, because your office staff can book rides for them from the dispatcher panel. Corporate accounts with monthly billing can be added for regular business clients.
What if the driver loses mobile signal during a trip?
We build the driver app to keep recording GPS points when the signal drops and to sync them once it returns, so the distance and fare are still worked out from the full route.
Which revenue models does the platform support?
You can take a commission on each trip, charge drivers a daily or monthly subscription, or combine both. Drivers see exactly what they earned and what was deducted, and payouts are settled on the cycle you choose.
How much does it cost to develop a taxi booking app?
The cost depends on the ride types you launch with (city, outstation, rentals), how detailed your fare rules are, and whether you need a dispatcher panel or corporate accounts from day one. After a short scoping call we send a fixed quote, so you know the full amount before we begin.
