These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the purchase of software products and services offered through it. By submitting an inquiry, ordering a product or contacting us, you agree to these Terms.

About our products

We offer ready-to-deploy software products. Each product is described on its product page, including features, packages, pricing and included support. We present products honestly: the features, screenshots and descriptions reflect the software as implemented. We do not offer public live demos; private demonstrations are available on request.

Purchasing

To purchase a product, you submit a purchase request for a selected package. Purchase requests are reviewed and confirmed by our team, and delivery is arranged after confirmation. If online payment is enabled, you may be asked to complete payment through a third-party payment provider before delivery.

• All prices are listed per package and are one-time prices unless stated otherwise.
• Confirmation of an order is subject to stock availability of the licensed product and our acceptance.
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact and billing information.

Delivery

Products are delivered as source code with a database schema, setup guide and relevant documentation, typically through a secure download or a private delivery link within the agreed timeframe. Timeframes are stated as estimates and may vary.

License and usage

When you purchase a product you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your own business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or otherwise share the software, its source code or documentation with third parties. Custom licensing terms agreed in writing override this clause.

Customization and custom development

Customizations and custom development projects are quoted separately based on your requirements. Work starts after both parties agree on scope, price and timeline. The scope and fixed price are agreed before development begins, and changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Support

Support terms are listed on each product package. Support periods begin on delivery. Extended support and maintenance can be purchased separately.

Warranty and limitation of liability

We develop and verify our products with care, but we provide them — and any custom work — “as is” without express or implied warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or error-free performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a purchase or project is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase or project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits or data, unless required otherwise by applicable law.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain all rights, title and interest in the software, its source code, documentation and any custom development deliverables, subject to the license granted to you above.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access restricted areas, or use the software for unlawful purposes.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where we operate. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith discussion.
