Grocery orders are frequent, small and full of detail: onions that weigh a little over a kilo, a brand of rice that has run out, a customer who needs milk before seven tomorrow. Generic shopping apps handle little of this well, and taking orders on WhatsApp means someone re-typing every list.
We build grocery delivery apps for supermarkets, kirana stores and quick commerce startups, along the lines of Blinkit, Zepto or BigBasket but under your own brand. Customers see the stock of the store that serves their pincode, pick an express or scheduled slot, and choose what should happen if an item is unavailable.
Behind the app, pickers get aisle-sorted lists with barcode checks, riders get batched trips, and you see stock, slot capacity and fill rates for every store on one dashboard.
